What is ZEMIS?
The national mining assurance window. It orchestrates licence, environment, insurance, rehabilitation and social-protection status. It is not an insurance shopfront.
How do I verify a passport?
Use the public Verify page with a ZMRP reference, public code or MEIN issued for that operation.
What if an institution is unavailable?
The component is marked Source unavailable and is never treated as compliant. The system opens a regulatory workflow. It does not cancel the mining licence.
How do I get access?
Create an account. Institutional accounts stay pending until an administrator approves them. The first user on a new installation becomes the platform administrator.
